MODULE · SIGNAL — PLAN, PRODUCE AND MEASURE

From brief to results, in one place.

Signal organizes each account’s marketing: the campaign is planned, every piece is produced with the team and the client, published to social and measured with the connected sources.

One module, four stages

The menu follows the work, not the tools.

Producing and measuring live together: Signal’s menu is ordered by the stage of each account’s work. Pick the account (a client or a brand) and everything about it is in one place.

PlanDigital campaigns: media plan, ad content and audiences.
ProduceProjects, production with a calendar, community and the account library.
MeasurePulse, paid media with recommendations, social, SEO, GEO, web, email, listening, competitors and business.
AccountThe account team, the client’s modules and the connected data sources.
Plan

The campaign is built before it goes live.

A digital campaign starts from the total budget and is split by platform and by objective. Each ad connects to the piece being produced in Signal, so paid media and production talk about the same thing.

Media plan

The budget is split by platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) and by objective, in percentages that never exceed the total.

Ad content

Each ad points to the production piece or a link, with its call to action and a UTM-tagged destination.

Audiences per account

An audience library per client and per platform, to reuse in every campaign.

Produce

Every piece, from brief to client approval.

When a quote is approved in the CRM, the project is created in Signal automatically. From there the team produces each piece on a board that follows the real flow of the work.

Projects born from the sale

The approved quote creates the project with its type and client, with nothing to re-enter.

Production board

Backlog, in progress, internal review, client validation and done. Rounds of changes are counted.

Calendar and Gantt

Project milestones with their dates and dependencies, and the account’s delivery calendar.

The card you know

Owner and participants, checklist, attachments, threaded comments with mentions and hours worked on each piece.

Account library

Briefs, contracts and references uploaded once per client and linked to every project that needs them.

Publish from the piece

The piece the client approved is published to Facebook and Instagram from the same card, without downloading and re-uploading it.

Meta, end to end

Recommendations you can apply

Pause the campaign spending without converting, review the one with a low CTR, reactivate the paused one that was converting, or raise the budget of the one converting cheapest. You confirm, and BOS logs who changed it, when, and the old and new value.

Publish and moderate

Facebook: text, photos and video. Instagram: feed, carousel, reel and story. Reply to, hide or delete comments, and edit or delete Facebook posts, all with confirmation.

Private messages, in Conversa

Messenger and Instagram Direct land in the same inbox as WhatsApp and web chat: answered by AI or by a person, with queues, tags and metrics.

Aurora, with your campaigns

Ask Aurora about your Meta Ads campaigns and it answers with the synced data. If you ask for a change, it shows you a preview and only makes it once you confirm.

Measure

What was produced and what happened, in the same Pulse.

Each account’s Pulse brings together the state of production and the results from connected sources over the last 30 days, against the previous 30. Always real data, never adding up different currencies.

GEO: how often AIs name you

How BOS measures how often your brand shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answers. (Video in Spanish.)

GEO · AI engines

When someone asks an AI about your industry, does it name you?

More and more people ask ChatGPT or Gemini before they buy. Signal measures how often your brand shows up in those answers, in what position, whether they cite your site and how you do against your competitors. With its own engine, no third-party tools.

Figures are illustrative. Measurement uses each engine’s API, with web search: it may not match exactly what each person sees in the app.
Its own engine

BOS asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, with web search, the questions your customers ask before they buy, and reads every answer: whether it names you, in what position and which sites it cites. No third-party tools.

Your questions, your brands

You build your industry’s question panel; Claude suggests more from your Search Console, and only the ones a person picks go in. Track your brand and your competitors, with their other names and domains.

Numbers with their range

AIs don’t always answer the same way. So each question is repeated and every rate comes with its 95% range. Measurement is weekly and you see the trend, by engine and against each competitor.

From the answer to your site

Real traffic coming from AI assistants, measured in GA4 with sessions, conversions and revenue, plus a technical check of your website: which AI bots your robots.txt lets in, and whether you have llms.txt and structured data.

Sources you can connect

The capability is fixed. The provider is yours.

“Email & Automation” is the same section for every company: one connects it to Marketing Cloud, another to Doppler, another to HubSpot. Each company picks the provider for each section in the account settings. Sources with a direct connection sync on their own every day, with their history going back.
