You send from your own domain, to the contacts you brought in from BOS or imported with their consent. You build the email in blocks, BOS checks that nothing is missing and the send goes out in batches, with your domain’s reputation protected from the very first email.
YOUR DOMAIN · BLOCK EDITOR · ONE-CLICK UNSUBSCRIBE · PER-CAMPAIGN REPORTS
A standalone email tool is one more contact database that goes stale, one more spreadsheet to export and import, and one more place where you lose track of who asked to stop receiving emails. In BOS, contacts come from the same CRM the whole team uses, every campaign is logged on each person’s record and unsubscribes are always honored.
Name, subject, preview text and sender, always from a verified domain.
One or more lists. The total is calculated live and tells you who is left out and why.
The block editor, with desktop and mobile views. Or start from one of your templates.
The “Before sending” checklist, the test send and the decision: send now or schedule.
Heading, text, image, button, divider and spacer. Drag, duplicate and undo with Ctrl+Z. If you need something custom, there’s an HTML block.
The email goes out in the format email clients understand, with safe fonts and previews on desktop and mobile.
{{nombre}}, {{empresa}} or any field you’ve imported, with a default value for when it’s missing.
Save a campaign as a template and the next one starts from there. Templates can be duplicated, renamed and deleted.
A campaign can go to several lists: if someone is on more than one, they get a single email.
Pick a date and time. You can unschedule, cancel and resume, and it lets you know when it’s done sending.
A domain’s reputation takes months to build and can be lost with one badly sent campaign. BOS protects it for you, with rules that always apply.
Verified with DKIM. BOS checks every DNS record, tells you which one is missing and why, and suggests DMARC.
A new domain starts at 500 emails a day and ramps up in stages. After three weeks there’s no cap.
If a brand’s bounces or complaints cross the threshold, BOS pauses sending before the problem affects the domain.
Campaigns go out through a different pipeline than BOS invoices and invitations: a campaign with complaints won’t hold up your operations.
If you manage several brands or clients, each one has its own contacts, templates, domains and reputation. They never mix.
Unsubscribes, hard bounces, complaints and manual exclusions stay blocked, even if the contact is later deleted.
| WHAT | HOW BOS HANDLES IT |
|---|---|
| Required footer | Every email includes your postal address and the “Unsubscribe” link. It can’t be removed. |
| One-click unsubscribe | Using the one-click unsubscribe standard Gmail and Yahoo require from bulk senders, plus an unsubscribe page with confirmation. |
| Consent | Every contact has a declared legal basis. No basis, no email. |
| Signed links | Tracking and unsubscribe links are signed: no one can unsubscribe someone else or fake a click. |
| Roles | Building, sending and configuring domains are separate permissions. A supervisor can prepare a campaign without being able to send it. |
Opens are approximate; clicks are the reliable metric. That’s why BOS filters out the clicks and opens generated by corporate antivirus tools when they scan links, so the numbers reflect what people actually did.
Every module can be customized, and its features can be used in part or in full: none of them is mandatory. You can use BOS just to plan tasks and never touch the rest — it stays available for the day you need it.
