FAQ

What people always ask.

Is BOS an ERP?
Yes. Electronic invoicing, collections and payments, bank reconciliation, purchasing, inventory, accounting and taxes, all connected. It also brings CRM, tasks, HR and Aurora, the AI that works with your data.
Can I bring over the data from my current system?
Yes. The “Bring your data to BOS” assistant loads the chart of accounts, customers and suppliers, open balances, opening stock, opening entry, checks and fixed assets, with a preview of every row and cross-checks at the end.
Can my accountant log in?
Yes. The Accountant profile sees the books in read-only mode, and you can set up custom profiles for your accounting firm.
Does it connect directly to my bank?
No. Reconciliation works by file: you import the statement from online banking in CSV or Excel and BOS suggests which movement matches each collection or payment.
Does it run payroll?
No. BOS doesn’t calculate payroll: it imports the payslips your payroll system generates and manages their signature in People.
Does it work for a factory?
BOS doesn’t handle industrial production (manufacturing orders, bills of materials). It’s built for service companies, retailers and distributors.
Which IIBB registries does it use?
ARBA and AGIP, with files for ARBA, AGIP (e-ARCIBA) and SIRCAR.
Does it work outside Argentina?
Purchasing, inventory, reconciliation and accounting work the same in any country, with books in each company’s currency. The electronic invoicing and taxes on this page are Argentina’s.
