BOS was designed from the start as an operating system for any company, regardless of industry or country. That idea is now real beyond Argentina: BOS operates in Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Spain.
BOS treats ARS, USD and EUR as explicit currencies throughout the system — they never get mixed. A quote, an invoice or an indicator always shows which currency it's calculated in, and conversion uses a reference rate whenever figures need to cross currencies.
Electronic invoicing adapts to the country each account operates in: in Argentina, connected to ARCA; in Chile, Mexico and Spain, according to each country's local regulations. The goal is the same in all four countries: issuing a valid receipt shouldn't depend on a separate system.
A company operating in more than one country doesn't need separate instances of BOS: CRM, Billing, Finance and the rest of the modules work the same way, with currency and invoicing rules resolved per account and per country.
Does your company operate in more than one of these countries? Tell us about your case and we'll see how it fits inside BOS.
