BOS validates identity against RENAPER, Argentina's National Registry of Persons: that the national ID (DNI) is valid, that the person is in front of the camera and that their face matches the one on the ID. Your organization only sees whether they were validated and when.

The photo and the ID data are used only for the RENAPER check and are deleted as soon as the answer comes back. The only thing kept is the result, the date and the transaction number, and it is deleted after 5 years. Your organization never sees the photo or the ID: it sees whether the person was validated and when.

When you invite a person to your BOS account, you can ask them to validate their identity before they start.
The person reads and accepts the informed consent before starting. When they accepted and which version they read is recorded.
Each request has its own link: it works once, expires after 7 days and allows up to 3 attempts.

Your team sees whether the person was validated and when. Nobody in your organization sees their photo or ID.
Every module can be customized, and its features can be used in part or in full: none of them is mandatory. You can use BOS just to plan tasks and never touch the rest — it stays available, included in the same subscription, for the day you need it.
